The abduction occurred on Oct. 29 at about 8:30 a.m. on the 8700 block of Marsden St. A man driving a blue, two-door older model sedan grabbed the girl and forced her into his car. He then drove her to the area of the boat ramp at Delaware and Linden avenues, where he slapped her face.

The man later returned the girl to her neighborhood, where she ran home and reported the incident, police said. Police did not specify if the girl suffered injuries.

She described the assailant as white, 50 to 60 years old, about 5 feet 7 inches tall and with a medium build. He has a light complexion and dirty blond hair. He was clean shaven and wore a black leather jacket, torn Navy blue jeans and black and white Nike sneakers.

His car was described as a blue, two-door older model with scratches on the side and leopard print seat covers and steering wheel cover.
